Financial / Administrative Assistant

Report To: Director of Accounting

Full Time Salaried with Benefits

Entry Level position to handle basic accounting and bookkeeping functions, produce managerial reports, update and maintain the CRM, assist in managing the office, and handle duties for upper management.

Financial / Administrative Assistant responsibilities and essential functions:

            Accounts Receivable:

  • Perform billing and assist with collections
  • Daily deposits into the bank and posting into data management software
  • Handle client interactions regarding bill disputes
  • Maintain client annual support renewals and contracts

            Accounts Payable:

  • Record invoices in accounting software
  • Assist in bill payment process
  • Maintain vendor and publisher support renewals and contracts
  • Reconcile vendor statements to data management software
  • Record credit card expense transactions

            Other Accounting Tasks:

  • Assist with monthly close process
  • Assist in annual budget process
  • Produce requested management reports

         Administrative:

  • Answer incoming calls and document in data management software
  • Maintain office supplies
  •  

Financial / Administrative Assistant qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Netsuite experience a plus

IT Systems Engineer

THE JOB

We’re welcoming resumes for the Zobrio IT Systems Engineer full-time position in our St Louis, MO office. If you’re upbeat, ethical, honest and respectful, plus a person who knows their way around a server environment, we may just be the company you’re looking for.

The IT Systems Engineer at Zobrio will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting multiple clients as part of the Zobrio Network Infrastructure and Managed Services team. The qualified candidate must have experience working in a Microsoft environment, and any work in government offices will be considered a plus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Systems Engineer reports directly to the Director of IT Services. The expected duties are as follows:

  • Analyzing, isolating and resolving customer issues with workstations, servers, printers, networks and vendor specific hardware and software.
  • Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection
  • Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
  • Perform proactive monitoring, configuration management and fault resolution
  • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions
  • Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems
  • Direct interaction and escalating issues internally and externally on behalf of the customer
  • Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password
  • Prepare system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
  • Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
  • Work closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff
  • Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work
  • Play an active role in designing network and provide sales support with the ability to explain options to the client
  • Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient operation of the team
  • Available for 25% or less of travel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable school and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • You possess up-to-date understanding of business and industry needs as well as the technical demands
  • Excellent communication skills and are particularly adept at communicating with client staff who are not technically trained.
  • Your time management skills are exceptional, and you show up to client meetings on time and prepared.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets in both monetary and time constraints
  • You’re comfortable working with teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
  • You’re extremely organized and know how to prioritize your workload
